Gapan City "Tsinelas"

         

        Gapan City in Nueva Ecija is known as     Footwear Capital of the North. Living in a simple way makes you more creative right? Here in Gapan, they don't need expensive things just to be happy, they enjoy little things in their life. Example of these are their beautiful footwear. The footwear they produce are handmade and beautifully designed for the customers. Also the price is very affordable. 

Gapan is very rich in rice. They are also known for their ricefields and other plantations. People here enjoys cockfights and other games that involves animals. To your, right you can see an example of a ricefield in Gapan.                                                

             

HOUSES 

If you look closely to your left you can see one of the traditional houses here in Gapan. Like any other province, Gapan treasures their traditions that's why they stay vintage but still classy. Visiting Gapan city will not only make you feel like you're at hte past but it will also teach you other values and manners.

PINOY FOOD

Gapan is wery well known for its uniqueness specially in food and beverages. One of the popular and MUST TRY is mixing the Carabo's milk with the rice and salt. 

TINUMIS

One of the famous served food here is the Tinumis. It has different ingredients like liver, or pork, pork's blood and other more. It is kind of a salty food. People at Gapan usually enjoy salty or spicy foods. 

Another dish is the "Bototay". It is like the Filipino food "Longganisa" but it's sweeter. Cabanatuan is its popular supplier. 

PASTILLAS

This Pastillas is different from any other pastillas in the Philippines. Instead of fresh milk as its main ingredient, this Pastillas uses carabao's milk to add freshness and for the it to be tastier! Delicioso! 

                                               ESPASOL

They also have Espasol. Their Espasol is famous because of it's tasty on the outside and inside! Gapan's Espasol has a soft texture and it's just fairly baked.

You can have many unexpected and thrilling things you can experience if you visit Gapan City. It has a simple and peaceful community. Kids out there enjoy bathing at rivers and helping the farmers in the ricefields. 

There are Plazas that opens when there are events or fiestas. It usually opens every Christmas. 

You can see simple things at Gapan but you can never experience peacefulness until you go there! It is at the same time fun :)
